The interview process at RMSI Pvt. Ltd. was friendly and supportive. It was detailed and timely, with regular updates. Approvals also did not take a long time, hence it was overall good

4 Rounds of interviews. They checked knowledge related to statutory compliances, payroll, process, and recruitment. Second round of interviews was with the Head of the Department. It was little grilling but it went well.

Interview
-I was called for F2F on weekend, process started with written test.
-Post written test, F@F discussion happened with Hiring Manager
-I was asked to come on Monday, to have final round, for the same i took leave on Monday.
-Monday morning i got call from HR that Interviewer is not well and on leave, they shall reschedule the interview
-Post this i did not receive call from them, i followed up but no clear answer
-After two weeks i asked to give me clarity so that i can explore other opportunities
- They said they are unsure about process, not sure how long it would take to get availability from Interviewer, i can go ahead with other opportunities.
