I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at RNR Tire Express (Wichita, KS) in Jul 2017
Interview
Took through scenarios in customer service and their collection process of repo their tires on cars. Asked how less I would work for. What they wear and hours that they work
Really simple. Basic questions. Took a total of 20 minutes & that’s including the tour of the shop. I knew another account manager from a nearby store so maybe that could be part of why the interview was so quick
