I thought the interview process was enjoyable, until the recruiter and the hiring manager ghosted me. I had a phone screening with the recruiter who told me we would move forward with an interview with the hiring manager. The hiring manager didn't show up to my interview due to technical difficulties. Giving the benefit of the doubt, we rescheduled. The interview went well, and I was told that someone would reach out to me within two business days. Nothing but silence after that. I followed up twice and was ignored. If this is how a company behaves with potential employees, it seems that I dodged a bullet here.
