Interview
I was called by a headhunter/recruiter as I was between contracts. After some back and forth with the recruiter, I had a phone interview with the company a few days later where I answered the basic questions over again. A week after that, I had a sit-down interview at their offices in Toronto with the BA Manager where we talked about the company, the job, and my past experience. Salary infor was not discussed as that was part of the introductory call I was told. A week later there was a 2nd interview with another manager rehashing much of the same information as the first two.

Interview
The phone interview has many questions that basically determines if you know the type of work they do, the in person interviews are basically just talking, not many behavioral or technical questions; more about how the company works.
