Interview was a complete waste of time. I applied for a developer position via referral, but discovered at the interview that I was being considered for a tech support position, with the option of software developing on the side in my free time. I was asked to rate my comfort with things like Windows, Office, and installing a printer on a scale of 1-10. I was asked about my personal hobbies, which was immediately blown off and the interviewers started talking about what they do in the office for fun. I was also given a pointless "brain teaser" question. They asked zero questions about my personal projects or software development skills. I asked if they wanted to talk about those at the end of the interview, and in response I was asked to give the specific name of a function call in JavaScript.
