Interview
The interview process was very good, laid back yet professional. Felt very comfortable speaking my mind with those who interviewed me. They still ask some curveball questions but you feel as if there is no wrong answer. Also made it easy to reach out for any questions.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at RS&H (Jacksonville, FL) in Jan 2019
Interview
We were flown to the corporate office, all expenses paid, for two days and one night. The first day we were given an office tour and that evening we had a happy hour with an open bar and a chance to talk to fellow candidates and professionals within the company over dinner. We were given assigned tables and it was a pleasant experience. The following day we had three to six interviews, each about half an hour a piece. Thanks to the night before the interview process was a lot more relaxed and easy to work through.
