Never spoke to a representative of the company, instead they shared an online assessment that takes up to 67 minutes.
Upon receiving the assessment request, I have yet to have any answers around the questions I had about the role and company, in fact, I did not even know the base compensation range.
Practices such as these tend to not only be insensitive to a candidates time, but also lacks professionalism.
I will not be continuing with the process.
