I was scheduled to have a 15 min introductury call shortly after applying. The day came and I was contacted to say they need to reschedule that, a few hours beforehand, so I had to wait another full week. In the job ad they say the work is hybrid but do not mention what is the level of hybrid working they would accept. Turns out it's 3 days in Birmingham which was an automatic no for me. The interview, who was head of department seemed cold and not especially friendly. Overall a waste of time.
