started with a group assessment on a topic that is provided to you before the interview. they give you a short onboarding and then talk about whats required from each group for the presentation and then you work in a team while two people are assessing you. Then you have to present your results from the discussion. Groups are fairly large and we weren't given much time, so it was sort of rushed. Then came time for the interview they ask 4 questions 1. motivational 2-3 behavioral like group what happened when someone was being difficult how did you handle it to ensure your deliverable was up to a high standard and then on stakeholders when there's conflict of interest. and last question was kind of situational/technical it was what you would do if you found a more efficient way of doing your job using AI, how would you go about that
