I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at RSM (Los Angeles, CA) in Jan 2015
Interview
Pretty straight forward and quick. The Recruiter was really good and quick with his responses. The whole process took about 2 weeks or so. The partners and directors were really nice and straight forward with their interviews. We had some small talk and then we jumped right into the questions typically.

Tell me about yourself, what are your straights, what are your weaknesses, why are you leaving your job, why come to this job, etc.
It was vague and there were some particular type of questions. The scenarios will be based upon the profile you are applying for in the company. Moreover, if you get one question wrong you will not get in.
Easy to schedule, informal interview, people were a bit unrehearsed and seemed out of flow, but overall, an enjoyable experience and the employees truly seem to love the company. It was only about 30 minutes
First we have to go to HR interview, then user interview with manager or senior manager discussing about overall experience, then partner interview and presentation about the study case given 2 days before
