Had a 30 minute phone interview. Lady who was interviewing me was very friendly and almost made it seem informal. Asked a few behavioral questions, mostly about how I would have handled something differently in my past work experiences. Asked why I chose McGladrey over some of the other public accounting firms.

There were three rounds of interviews with Senior, Manager, and Partner. One was a phone call and the other 2 were video based. Each was about thirty to forty-five minutes.

the interview is not difficult and focus on behavioral questions, three rounds overall. Manager, Director and Partner, all questions are for behavioral questions not much technical questions. I think overall the questions level is not difficult
