Consist of 4 stages, application, situational/numerical test, video interview, assessment centre.
Situational judgement/numerical test is relatively easy to pass, video interview consist of 5 questions, with 2 minutes to answer each questions. Assessment centre consists of 2 parts, strength based interview, and why RSM, why me exercise, assessed by 2 assessors.
I have an issue with the why RSM why me section, candidates were given 6 minutes to prepare and 4 minutes to answer 2 questions, which I find it impossible to fit the amount of info from my research into 4 minutes answer. I was then given a feedback saying that I did not demonstrate that I have research the company enough, which is a little bit contradicting. Not too sure how much of info is RSM expecting their candidate to cram into a 4 minutes questions.
But, overall it is a valuable experience to gain as a graduate. Better luck next time.
