Un Test théorique de 30 minutes à passer puis un échange avec les membres de l’équipe visée sur les réponses données, les expériences professionnelles et les motivations.
Un accueil bienveillant de la part de la manager et de l’associé. Une rencontre effectuée sous forme d’échange plus que sous la forme d’un entretien classique. Une sympathie lors de cette rencontre de la part des membres de l’équipe audit mais également de la RH.
Un processus de recrutement très fluide, organisé et rapide. Ce fut un moment très agréable à vivre !
