Interview
The recruiter is nice. There will be a candidate welcome (45 minutes) and strength-based interview (30 minutes) As I applied Liverpool-based office, only strength-based interview required. The recruiter only able to repeat the question, you can't ask for clarification and he won't interact with you during the strength-based interview. Each question is better to answer in 2 minutes. You can ask them to repeat the question (but prefer no to do so)
