great recruiting and presence at college events. 2-3 rounds of interviews, each interview increases the level of the interviewer. Great culture and they look for people that are great fits to the team and not so much on the technical. Overall a very easy going process.

What is something that you had to work with a team to overcome obstacle?
Super easy, just asked if I had any questions for an hour. Would just prepare to ask questions and the occasional behavioral. Everyone was super nice and overall a pleasant process.

Round 1 interview had two 30 minute behavioral interviews but I had a 15 minute session with a current associate who did not interview me but told me more about the actual role and his experience. Interviews were very conversational, they did not seem to have many questions prepared but let me ask many questions,
