The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at RTI International (Durham, NC) in Feb 2018
Interview
Honestly, if the RTI education and workforce division want to truly bring the best and brightest to the company, they need to take a long look at how this are treating candidates! leaving someone waiting after an interview after more than 5 weeks is just ridiculous! I was not treated well by HR and everyone who interviewed me either seemed flustered or did not know anything about the position they were interviewing for. I would have loved to get this position, but the disorganization has turned me away.
I applied online. I interviewed at RTI International (Durham, NC) in Mar 2017
Interview
I met with around 15 different people over the course of three hours. These ranged from the head of the whole unit to people from all sub branches of the unit. The process was overly long and most of the people did not seem to be comfortable asking me questions because they were not regularly part of this process. Some seemed like they were angry that they had to even be in the meeting. I got very little actual interview questions.
