Interview
After years of applying for various positions within RTI, I was finally contacted for a phone screening. About a week or so later I received an email inviting me for an in-person interview with several individuals and was given a few date/time slots to choose from. I chose the first date option which fell about two weeks later. My interviews took place in segments over the span of 3 hours and I was told I'd be updated one way or the other within the next few business days since there was one more candidate to go. I received an offer elsewhere during this waiting period which prompted me to put the pressure on RTI for a faster decision. I believe it was 5-6 business days later when I was called with an offer.
