I applied online and was contacted by email and phone a couple of days later. Met with the CEO, development teams and BSA several times to talk about the position and how I can successfully contribute. The interview experience was really great, everyone was friendly and the questions asked were typical of those a BSA and/or PM would encounter. Since RTS was growing and moving at the time of my interview, the overall process took a little longer than usual since a decision of right fit had to be made within the growth experience (which is extremely important for a smaller company).
