Received an automated invite to schedule a 30-minute phone conversation. The interviewer used pronouns and made sure to brag about all the 'smart people' she gets to work with every day but did not effectively assess my skill set OR explain the role further in my opinion. I was told there would be a case study to submit and a few more hoops to jump through in order to get to the next step.
