Initially interviewed over the phone. Based off of the phone interview, I was invited to an on-site interview. This included a three day hiring event: flying in Sunday, tours and company information Monday, and interviews on Tuesday.

Hiring team was made up of one. HR was not part of the interview, but they just handled the correspondence until the interview day. Interview was competency-based mixed with a few technical questions, overall it lasted 1 hour. There was no feedback heard from the hiring manager even though it was mentioned several times feedback would be given to the candidate regardless of the outcome.

I had a panel interview that went over only behavioral questions. There was no discussion of technical skills or experience. The last time I interviewed with Raytheon, I remember getting to talk about my technical experience and potential fit for the role. I am hoping this is not their new style.
