I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at RTX (McKinney, TX) in Apr 2018
Interview
First phone interview was of average length and consisted primarily of behavioral questions and were extremely focused on past experience in various projects. This was my first ever interview. The questions posted here on Glassdoor were extremely helpful. Though I was nervous, the interviewers seemed to be relatively laid back, very genuine and interested in my experiences.I was then interviewed (phone) for different position at the same location by a different interviewer and was asked behavioral questions as well as many questions focused on my past experience.

Great interview, the interviewers were incredibly easy to talk to and asked all behavioral questions. It was about 30 minutes. They got back to me fairly quickly after the interview.
Very general interview. They sat me down and switched between two different interviewer's. Overall, they were very pleasant. I would recommend someone to study general interview questions. There was one senior engineer and a more recent hire conducting the interview
