The interview Process was quite an enjoyable process with Raytheon. Me along with many other were flown in to Tucson, Az for a hiring event. I was treated to a paid flight, vehicle rental, food and hotel, for the duration of this hiring event. They were selling their culture to me and other candidates that attended the event, and made sure the candidates were appropriately placed for various interviews. The interview to me felt more like they were wanting to know who i was a person more than anything and if I fit the mold of the type of employees they were looking for. Questions were not overly technical since i was interviewing for an entry level position. But overall it was a very enjoyable process, they made sure to make everyone feel as welcome as possible.
