It was a pretty rapid process, I received an email saying they would fly me out for an on-site within a week of doing the phone screen interview. The on-site was a behavioral interview

Interview
The interview was extremely easygoing and friendly. The interviewers were young, transparent, and easy to connect with. Most questions were behavioral, with a few light technicals on basic topics. They also asked about the role and made sure I understood the company and industry.
Only one behavioral interview. 30 minutes online. Asked about my CV, and personal projects and to explain the basic functioning of an engine. The decision came shortly after the interview, the same day.
