Interview
Sit Down Job interview, I was invited to attend a sit down interview, this was attended by three Raytheon staff, one Manager and two peers. The interview lasted for about an hour. I was given a brief tour of the company building.
I was email that I had made it to the next phase that was a 30 minute phone screening. The screening was with a current member of the design team. It was a more relaxed conversation to see if I was really a good fit for the team.

It was a straight forward process. They asked questions mostly about projects and teamwork rather than specific coursework ones. STAR inter view format was the main basis of the interview.

Interview
The hiring manager called me directly for an initial phone interview. Approximately one week after the phone interview, a panel interview via zoom was scheduled with three section heads, the department manager, and a few SME’s.
Within one day of the panel interview a verbal offer was issued and one week later a formal offer letter was issued.
