Phone interviews, and then a skype interview with hiring manager. Took a while for them to get back to me after the fact, though. Overall not a bad experience, much better than other companies I've spoken with.

Applied through university. Invited to interview a week later. Process was incredibly quick and simple. They were very nice, time flew by so fast!!! The interviewers consisted of 3 people, one being the recruiter. Tip: Always answer phone calls, they could be from the recruiter (I almost missed out on this opportunity).
