Applied online. Was contacted a month later for an interview. Asked to take online assessment through Prophecy; clinical competence and interpersonal competence, a behavioral assessment, and a skills assessment. Interview itself was straightforward, met with the nurse director of the unit.
I Attended the Open house with same day interview for residency program. I had the interview with the nurse manager of the unit I wanted to persue. Then he referred me to a second interview with the director of the unit. Basic questions were asked. No behavioral questions were asked from all interviewers. Only met the director for 2 mins and then walked with the assistant director and toured me through the unit The whole process took less than a month.
