They get a group of 10-15 people together and go around one by one. The interviewer then chastises the people in the group if they don’t answer "properly" and tells them they’ll never get hired here or anywhere if they answer like that. She airs their business and judges where they went to school. She shared an anecdote that just made her seem awful. She insulted several of the people in my group. Second round involved meeting the team instead of the recruiter. They complained how my generation was lazy and didn’t want to work. I have never said no so fast when offered a job.
