Applied online. Had a phone interview with the hiring manager and an additional employee. The hiring manager did not ultimately take part in that phoner. Had an in-person interview scheduled with the hiring manager, which was then rescheduled multiple times - when I finally had an in-person interview, the hiring manager was nowhere to be found - instead met with the same employee I had already spoken with on the phone and two additional employees for "culture fit" - one of whom was described as an HR person but who did not actually seem to be an HR person. I was also given a tour of the facilities.
To sum up: two rounds of interviews where I never actually interviewed with the hiring manager, and a culture fit interview and a facilities tour - two things that should happen WAY later in the process.
Everyone was friendly. But the whole experience was confusing and unprofessional.
