RaceTrac Environmental Analyst interview questions

Multiple individuals in the meeting room, They ask general behavioral questions, and they ask casual questions to gauge your personality. At one point, I was asked on my political interest and they mentioned that the culture at RaceTrac was a specific one that was not close to that of the West Coast region. After this question and persona the hiring manager presented; I began to shut down and look for other teams to join. I was no longer interested in working for this company.
