I applied online. I interviewed at RaceTrac (Kissimmee, FL) in Jun 2017
Interview
Applied for job in Orlando on the computer then got a text the next day. But I had to go to Kissimmee Florida to get interviewed. I made it 10 minutes early and interview was 15 minutes. Very nice lady. She told me would call on Monday or if busy Tuesday. Never got a call back. Sent multiple texts but she is not replying. Its been 5 days from interview. Even trying to get a hold of racetrac on social media.
Quick and easy, took about 15 mins to do. I was asked why I chose racetrac. Explain my customer service experience in detail and what are important aspects of customer Service
Interview was wearing sweatpants. Introduced myself but she did introduce herself. Read a script off her phone. So fake and "plastic" very unprofessional. Humbly I can do better and work around better people
