Interview
I had a phone interview with a corporate recruiter and a video interview with a local recruiting manager. The corporate recruiter was quite formal/scripted and the recruiting manager was more natural.

In both interviews they wanted to know what I already knew about RaceTrac. Interview was mostly going over my past experience and job duties as well as reviewing the duties of this job. Asked about what sort of questions I use in interviewing customer service candidates. Asked about an achievement I was proud of.
