The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at RaceTrac (Atlanta, GA) in Jul 2010
Interview
Sent resume to hiring manager, phone screen, interview with hiring manager and then introduced to potential colleagues, interviewed with VP and Controller. Simple interview process... no behavior based questions or big assessments. Very laid back which aligns with their culture. Everyone was really nice and it seems like a fun place.

Interview
It seemed more like a courtesy interview. The interviewer seemed disengaged and distracted. He didn’t take any notes at all. Interviewing is a time-consuming process. I wish employers would be more mindful of this.
