Well, they called me at 8:30pm to set up an interview for the next day. They asked the usual questions like 'what do you do if a customer walks in?' and 'what skills do you have for...?'. They were mostly trying to get a feel for your personality. The downside: I was question by the g.m. and her assistant, both said I did great and they would call me by a certain time with a yes or no. I waited, and they never called. I even sent a thank you note asap after the interview. I called them to figure out what was going on... then I was informed that she was told, by the area manager, she had to interview at least 3 people and she was sorry she didnt call me. I told her it was no problem, I understand you get busy and have rules to follow. Again, she said she'd call with an answer, one way or another. And, again, did not call. It has been 18 days since the interview... I will take that as a 'no'.
