Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback I would first like to apologize for the length of time in which it took to have an interview scheduled. We like to move quickly with qualified candidates like yourself so this was a misstep. I would also note that Racker identified the need to expedite the hiring process and in the end of 2017 transitioned to a transparent dashboard (iCIMS). The dashboard keeps the recruiting and hiring team connected from application through orientation. We're glad the interview was stress free and you were offered an opportunity to join the Racker team.
