Radancy Manager interview questions

I applied on their site and a few days later one of their HR people reached out to me to set up an interview with the hiring manager. The interview went okay and the woman said she would get back to me the following week. Never heard from her even after following up. Pretty ironic for a company that supposedly makes HR hiring more efficient...
