I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Radiance Technologies (Huntsville, AL) in May 2009
Interview
***My interview was for a co-op/intern position prior to being hired on as a full time employee, so it was a little softball.***
For the most part, the questions were about my previous programming experience, and what I'd done in school. Because there's a lot of simulation work, there was a bit about my math background, but no actual math questions asked.
There were no actual "solve this problem" questions asked. A few "tell me what X" is, X being object oriented programming, polymorphism, etc.
They asked about my experience working with a team, and my largest project I'd worked on.

Question 1
I suppose while not really difficult at all, the most difficult questions were in the "define X" (object-oriented programming, polymorphism, etc.) category. They were the only questions that were really "knowledge" based.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Radiance Technologies (Huntsville, AL) in May 2024
Interview
First a chat with the recruiter going over benefits and willing to answer any questions about them, then a panel interview with three team leads from different projects. Interview was a mix of technical and behavioral. The technical part wasn't too in-depth, just questions about the experience on your resume, what you liked and disliked about the technologies you work with, etc. Atmosphere was very relaxed and they were a pleasure to speak to.

Tell us about a mistake you made on the job and how you handled it.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Radiance Technologies (Huntsville, AL) in Jan 2023
Interview
Very short time from application to interview. Interviewed by a panel of 3 and it was the most challenging interview I've ever engaged in. They can be extremely picky with who they hire so they will be. The questions seemed unreasonably in-depth, considering the position and the typical candidate.

Question 1
The difference between P and NP classes of problems, Turing machines vs FSM's. Things I learned in class, where the class answers were not in depth enough.
Interview process was very quick and easy. It was in-person and you talk to HR as well as technical people. They just go over your resume, go through the job description, and answer any questions you have.
