There were two interviews over the phone, the first was with a member of the advanced concepts industrial design team, he asked questions about my qualifications and projects. The second interview was with the head of the industrial design advanced concepts team, and he seemed to have already made his decision to not hire me at the beginning, but still went through with the interview, with similar questions as the first individual. They were both extremely pleasant and charismatic individuals to talk to. I enjoyed my interviews and wish I had the opportunity to speak with them more.

Very typical questions about background and walking through resume. The phone interview lasted a little over thirty minutes, and the recruiter was very easy to talk to. They are good at keeping the conversation flowing.

Succinct, talking to people you need to throughout each step of the process. Representatives were prompt and helpful with both conveying expectations and answering questions. Honesty was paramount and the company values are clear.
Simple and straightforward - easy to communicate and friendly people. I didn’t expect such a small company to come off as impressive as they did. Would definitely love to work for them!!
