The entire process took about a month. In fact, from the day I applied to the day they notified me they wanted to offer me the job was exactly a month. After I applied online, a recruiter reached out a few days later, after her screening I interviewed with the hiring manager over the phone and a week later they asked me to come interview in person. I met with the hiring manager in person and two other people I’d work with, one being the Director of the department. Immediately after those interviews they called me back to come back for a second interview in which they already informed me would be for skills testing (and to meet with one other team member). The skills tests were for Tableau, Excel and SQL. By the end of that week they called me to notify me of an offer. All in all it was a good experience with no surprises. There was a little miscommunication with the initial screening on what the salary range for the job was as my offer was not in line with what I expected, but in the end they met me in middle and I accepted.
