5 interviews and a 2 hour project over the course of a month. Hiring manager was great, so were the other 5 people that were part of the entire interview process. Recruiter left or got fired in the month-long process so that left a weird taste. From the first call I was honest in my expectations and the recruiter also provided some false information. An offer was extended but don’t expect them to entertain a counter; rather, they will just rescind their verbal offer and let you know you aren’t a good fit (but won’t rescind the written? i guess they expect you to reject that yourself). As others have mentioned, there’s a lot of time expended in the interview process and the offer is apparently “their way or no way” without even a thank you for all the time spent. Not sure this falls in line with the culture and employee appreciation they present.
