An HR conducting technical interview. Asking standard questions from all these "100 Java Interview Questions" and comparing with a reference answers. You have to answer ALL the question or the process will not go further. If you forgot even one small thing, you was dealing with 10 years ago, then you're not good enough to proceed. Obviously, they don't need a real professional, they just need somebody, who memorized the reference questions/answers from the same book the HR is referencing. A great way to reject all the best engineers on the market. The interview is difficult not because I don't know my profession, but because I'm not good with mind reading. Candidates, don't waste your time.
