I got a call from a recruiter for screening and then a couple weeks later, a different recruiter called and scheduled an interview for 3:15pm on 11/30/2017 at the doubletree hotel in downtown Raleigh, NC. I show up, check in with the front desk and was informed that the hiring manager had already left (I can provide the e-mail confirming the date and time). I called the recruiter to see what happened and they acted kind of like it had happened before, this prompted me to look up the reviews here on glassdoor and I realized that this is the company culture. They do not value your time before they employ you and it appears that they respect your time even less if you do work for them. Guess I'm thankful I dodged a bullet there, this employer should be avoided like the plague!
