I wrote a long review, but decided it wasn't even worth posting. Thought i'd give this place a chance, but there's a reason why companies rated low 3 star and below exist on glassdoor.
This company reeked of "the good ol' boys" club. Would not give any straight answers to commission structure, or who I'd be sharing it with since there are so many managers in their hierarchy.
I lost interest after second round and withdrew after third round, which was a complete rapid-fire 20+ gotcha-style question barrage. The Territory leader seemed very proud of himself in his ability to completely commandeer and steamroll an interview. That's not a skill to be proud of, pal.
For an entry level rep role at this company, they expect "two year commitment" to learn everything appropriately. This means you won't be getting any incentives, and probably kept very much in the dark to opportunities for making serious money.
I've also read several reviews online that their equipment showed up in poor condition, outdated, and has failed on job sites in certain territories, which doesn't scream high quality products to me.
