I had three phone interviews. The first two, the HR person gave me the wrong time by half an hour (once half an hour too early, once half an hour too late). That made things pretty embarrassing b/c I wasn't as prepared to talk when they called. I was told that I would hear from them within a week after the final interview. After 1.5 weeks, I sent and email and never got a replay. Finally after 3 weeks I sent another email and finally got a rejection. I can't believe that a company would waste that much of my time and not even reject me in a timely manner. I have a job that I have to sneak out of to take those calls. Very unprofessional.
