This was the weirdest interview I've ever done. I was contacted by the hiring manager and interviewed the same week. During the interview, she hardly asked me any questions about me or my background, and instead rambled on about fun her team was and how they were best friends. It seemed like she was trying to make me dislike the position, emphasizing that it was "entry level" and a "desk job" and that the pay would be low. One of the few questions she asked me was about relocation, and when I said I would be willing if relocation assistance would be provided, it was clear that was the wrong answer. She said she would get back to me in a week, but completely ghosted me so I had to assume that I did not get the job.

I interviewed with the Director and a Senor Associate from the department of the open position. Then I was asked to complete a 2 page writing activity. The whole processes lasted about a week and a half. I appreciated their quick and supportive responses, and though I wasn’t offered the job in the end, I wouldn’t hesitate to apply to another opening in the future.
