First interview was 1 hour long with a panel of two people. They had many questions for me yet did not try to sell the role to me. I think people tend to forget this is a two way process, I had to dig to hear reasons why it was an interesting opportunity. There was also a laundry list of characteristics that they wanted the ideal candidate to have which was unrealistic especially at the salary being offered. The interview was recorded which I did not agree to. I was told I’d hear feedback a few days later and never did.
