Even though the people I talked with seemed very nice, I overall have very mixed feelings about the recruitment process at RA. The first screening call with the recruiter from Kenya was quite generic, yet the person lacked basic information about the role, team, or even location... The second interview with the hiring manager and a product manager was a bit more specific, yet I very much felt that the conversation was one way. I had to pull all the details about the organization, role, etc. I felt like by coming to the interview one is already expected to know everything about this organization, what they do, and how they operate. This is fine because I am sure everybody does their homework, but I really missed at least a short intro to the organization or why it is a nice place to work that would give a sense that the recruitment process goes both ways. I was invited to the following round too, yet I rejected the invitation since by then I had accepted another offer. I thanked them for the time and the opportunity, but haven't received anything back... A week later I was sent an automated rejection e-mail which basically sums up pretty well how they treat their candidates...
Another reason why I also decided not to finish the recruitment round despite my interest in this organization, was a very lengthy process. The screening call was scheduled two weeks after I submitted my application which is ok. But then after the screening and between the first interview, there was a 2.5-week gap. The following round was scheduled almost two weeks later too, which is way too long for a person who is applying to multiple roles at the same time...
