I applied online at the Raising Canes website and was called in for an interview a week later. I met with the OM and was asked some of the typical questions; "Why do you want to work for Raising Canes", "What is your greatest strength", etc. The OM I interviewed with also asked questions about me personally and seemed genuinely interested in getting to know who he was hiring. I left after maybe 30 minutes, and was called in for an interview with the GM three days later. Same style of questioning with some added questions about my knowledge with the company. Research the company before going in! This is very important. I had a job by the time I left the interview with the GM.
