I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Raising Cane's (Oklahoma City, OK) in Sep 2014
Interview
I applied online at the Raising Canes website and was called in for an interview a week later. I met with the OM and was asked some of the typical questions; "Why do you want to work for Raising Canes", "What is your greatest strength", etc. The OM I interviewed with also asked questions about me personally and seemed genuinely interested in getting to know who he was hiring. I left after maybe 30 minutes, and was called in for an interview with the GM three days later. Same style of questioning with some added questions about my knowledge with the company.
Research the company before going in! This is very important. I had a job by the time I left the interview with the GM.
The process was friendlier than I expected while we talked mostly about the skills that I possessed and what would my contribution to the company be. Overall the experience though me a lot about how to present one self in a formal setting.
Very welcoming and got back to me quickly. The managers there are super talkative so don't be worried about anyone being too weird. A lot of them are on the younger side as well, so that's a plus.
It was easy. Managers didn’t ask anything besides availability. Make sure to seem very cheerful and enthusiastic and they’ll hire you on the spot. The interview probably lasted around 15-20 minutes. Cannot stress how easy it was
