It was an overall easy interview. It went by fairly quick and it was a group interview conducted by two managers. They asked fairly standard questions about why we feel we would fit well with the company and with working with food. They asked some questions in regards to my resume mainly how available I would be considering I was going to school at the time. From the interview I really got the sense that they are looking for someone who is fun, prioritizes customer service, is energetic, and can work well with others. After the interview I was offered the position on the spot.
The process was friendlier than I expected while we talked mostly about the skills that I possessed and what would my contribution to the company be. Overall the experience though me a lot about how to present one self in a formal setting.
Very welcoming and got back to me quickly. The managers there are super talkative so don't be worried about anyone being too weird. A lot of them are on the younger side as well, so that's a plus.
It was easy. Managers didn’t ask anything besides availability. Make sure to seem very cheerful and enthusiastic and they’ll hire you on the spot. The interview probably lasted around 15-20 minutes. Cannot stress how easy it was
