I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Raising Cane's (Houston, TX) in May 2015
Interview
Had to wait A while. Workers were staring at me hard.interview in corner of the restaurant, four to five questions. 7 minutes top. Interviewer seemed bored and absent. Barely listened. Didn't help when I told him I was nervous, so don't do that. Basically play off the energy of the interviewer.
The process was friendlier than I expected while we talked mostly about the skills that I possessed and what would my contribution to the company be. Overall the experience though me a lot about how to present one self in a formal setting.
Very welcoming and got back to me quickly. The managers there are super talkative so don't be worried about anyone being too weird. A lot of them are on the younger side as well, so that's a plus.
It was easy. Managers didn’t ask anything besides availability. Make sure to seem very cheerful and enthusiastic and they’ll hire you on the spot. The interview probably lasted around 15-20 minutes. Cannot stress how easy it was
