I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Raising Cane's (San Antonio, TX) in May 2023
Interview
The process is pretty informal and laid-back. Only about five questions are asked, and they are just asking for general information. The entire process only lasted 15 minutes and 10 of those minutes were spent waiting for the interviewing manager.

Question 1
They asked for what my availability for the summer and during the semester would look like.
The process was friendlier than I expected while we talked mostly about the skills that I possessed and what would my contribution to the company be. Overall the experience though me a lot about how to present one self in a formal setting.
Very welcoming and got back to me quickly. The managers there are super talkative so don't be worried about anyone being too weird. A lot of them are on the younger side as well, so that's a plus.
It was easy. Managers didn’t ask anything besides availability. Make sure to seem very cheerful and enthusiastic and they’ll hire you on the spot. The interview probably lasted around 15-20 minutes. Cannot stress how easy it was
